Frequently Asked Questions
Can I test the Ableton project file on my system?
You can download a test project here to ensure the proper functionality of plugins and samples. If the test project operates as expected, it is indicative that other templates should also perform optimally.
Will the project files work on my Mac?
The project files are designed using VST plugins rather than AU. If you typically use AU plugins, please ensure that the VST folder is enabled in Live’s preferences and install the VST versions of the required plugins (Serum/Serum FX or Sylenth) to guarantee the proper opening of the project files. However, if you are using VST plugins on your Mac, everything should function smoothly without any issues.
The Serum/Sylenth1 presets aren’t loaded when opening the file.
Please ensure that you have the correct version of the plugins installed, or alternatively, you may load the presets into the project manually.
Can I send the exported Ableton template to a label?
As a minimum requirement, it is necessary to modify the main melodies of the template before you can send it to a label. However, it is advisable to implement additional modifications to the project, differentiating it once again from the original version, before presenting it to a label.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use FastSpring, a trusted and certified payment processing provider. FastSpring works with well-known companies such as Steinberg (the creators of Cubase) and Adobe, ensuring that they meet the highest security standards. Your payment information is processed directly on FastSpring’s servers, not ours, further ensuring that your personal and financial data remain protected.
