Refund Policy

For customers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds due to the digital nature of our products. If you are unsure about your purchase, please refer to the product walkthroughs to view the details before completing your order.

Customers within the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email [email protected] or [email protected] with your decision and add the following information: the name of the product, the purchaser’s name and contact details, as well as the date of purchase.

Please note that getting a refund will permanently revoke your license for our project files and presets.

A. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union and the United Kingdom are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Arseny Aleksandrovic Yaremenko, c/o Postflex #8025 Emsdettener Str. 10 48268 Greven, Tel: +49 176 25078420, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun the performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by agreeing to start the performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium including the content of the contract and the terms under which the right of withdrawal expires prematurely.
